Overview
Two day scheme with the first day involving classroom based talks, exercises and group activities. Second day involved sitting in a chosen department and completing work with a trainee.
Skills
I learnt some skills useful for a trainee, increased my commercial awareness and built on my group exercise skills.
Business Insight
I learnt about being a trainee at Simmons, the day to day tasks they undertake and the different departments they offer.
Culture
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I met a range of people from the firm including graduate recruitment, paralegals, trainees, associates and partners. At all levels everyone was welcoming and able to give you time to ask questions and learn more.

I loved the insight scheme. It was the right level of learning, getting involved and socialising with people.
