Overview
The session was two days in total. The first day we are introduced to Teach First vision and strategy and learn bullet points about how to design a lesson. The second day we learned diversity wellbeing in the morning and present a 6-min lesson. Overall, it is pretty organised and I learned a lot about education during this process.
Skills
Teaching skills More specifically, strong voice, work the clock, breaking down a concept, assess learning through an activity, check learning with questions, end with a written closing question
Business Insight
Very clear. Teach First mainly offers roles about teaching at disadvantaged areas
Culture
Very clear, each of us received a timetable before the event Very organised. A little bit stressful
