Overview
Day to day group exercises. Presentation and debating. Leadership and skills sessions delivered by teach first alumni and staff. Developed an understanding of the inequalities in the education system in the UK.
Skills
Yes developed organisation and planning skills. Practiced presenting and really developed teamwork skills.
Business Insight
We learned a lot about the roles available within reach first and also the development opportunities they can support candidates with when they complete the training programme. They were really insightful in helping us prepare.
Culture
The culture was brilliant all the staff clearly are bought into the organisation’s mission of solving educational innequality which made our experience that much better
