Overview
The insight day included around 10-15 different sessions lead by members and ambassadors of Teach First. It was incredibly informative and inclusive, with a great number of break out rooms providing ample opportunity to discuss our ideas with like-minded people.

I improved many skills, as the programme focused on developing the competencies listed on their website.

Yes
Be honest and be yourself because they truly value that. Also, just give it a go, there were a wide range of us on the programme which made all of our conversations that much better.
