    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • This role gave me enormous amount of autonomy to make my own decisions and see real life outcomes. This provided me the level of experience as of a graduate position, and has allowed me to add my experiences to my CV and add give me a significant advantage when seeking graduate roles.

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I received a lot of guidance from my supervisor, as well as the Talent Acquisition Manager in charge of the Internship programme. In CooperVision, all Interns get assigned a mentor for a year, a professional in the company that can help you with your personal and professional development - I found this a great addition to the programme.
