Overview
Carried out research into marketplace trends and created moodboards, designed several collections, assisted the team with creating the seasonal colour palette, build designs specifications and worked with the Product Development team to ensure fit and function. Also did admin work such as colouring up rebuy collections and taking notes from fittings.
Skills
Developed my CAD skills on illustrator and improved my tech pack skills.
Responsibilities
Was given a lot more responsibility that i thought I would have as an intern. I was made to feel really welcome & a valued member of the team.
Support & Guidance
Overall I received a lot of guidance from my mentor & my manager was there to answer any questions I had.
Culture
The culture at Gymshark was really lovely, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere wasn’t as great when going through the restructure. But overall there was a very inclusive, supportive and friendly atmosphere, particular in the Lifting Club.
