Working closely within the Creative and Campaign team and across a number of large sale and cultural projects including leading the creative on an EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Sale and assisting in the art direction and brand positioning for International Women’s Day 2021. I also took lead on branding and repositioning our customer service team both internally and publicly. I spent time working across concept, shoot, design, and artwork.
My role consisted of being part of the women's design team. I would help with the research process of the season, looking at colour, trends, silhouettes, prints. Then helping the team in turning this research into designs and being involved in the presentation process. Would then help turn the designs into CADs and specs ready to send to the factories to receive samples and protos

My role as the Research Intern is to support Audience Insight team within the Insight function, helping to provide actionable insights on the wider audience to the rest of the business. I support with a large range of tasks which all aim in supporting the generation and sharing of consumer insights. This includes working with stakeholders on their insight questions, designing and analysing data from qualitative and quantitative research projects, working with secondary research resources and presenting back insights & recommendations to stakeholders. I also do a lot of agile Insight sharing to the wider business, keeping key stakeholders in the loop with the latest news and trends, as well as working closely with the market and customer teams to join the dots between market trends and customer data/behaviours in order to tell an engaging story.
