Overview
- Conducting detailed market analysis, trend forecasting and competitor mapping - Maintaining the accuracy of product capsules within the PLM system. - Working alongside the GTM functions including to ensure product is represented correctly from concept to commercialisation. - Championing a data-led approach throughout, ensuring decisions are made and informed by deep community insights and data. - Delivering the seasonal Fashion show to both inform employees about product launches. - Confidently presenting New Product Drop information packs every month

Responsibilities
I was given the perfect amount of responsibility. My team trusted me to carry out all tasks to a high standard but did not overwhelm me with workload.

Plenty - there were intern development sessions conducted throughout the year which focused on upskilling and my managers were always providing support and guidance.
Culture
I loved the culture and atmosphere of Gymshark, it inspired me to develop further and work harder.
