    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the virtual internship and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • Across the two days, there was a variety of engaging talks and activities. This included looking at personal development by identifying our strengths and weakness, and applying this to leadership styles. There was also informative sessions, which provided an insight into Teach First's mission and the opportunities it provides. The second day of the programme gave us the experience of teaching our own short lesson, which encouraged constructive feedback.

  • I have become more aware of my strengths and weaknesses. This has enabled me to work on myself as an individual, as the programme provide a safe-space to share and discuss our confident and weaker areas with peers also on the programme.
