    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • Very nice and calm workplace, people are always nice and welcoming and are interested in yourself and the work. However, due to the speed of projects you will not fully see through a project whilst on a summer placement.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

    • Loved it. It gave me something brilliant to build upon in my career as an Engineer whilst making friends and just enjoying my day-to-day work.

    • The application process may be extensive but it definitely worth it in the end. Try to gain as many skills you want for your personal progression in your career and TfL will appreciate and help your goals.
