  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I felt valued by my colleagues. The placement has been running in the team for almost 20 years, and they have great experience in how to interact with a placement student. I felt my views were factored into discussions and I felt confident in expressing my opinion.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The support and guidance on offer is very good. You are sat with your line manager for the majority of the placement, and they are very involved in monitoring your progress. The first few weeks in particular a lot of time is invested in the placement student.
