Supporting Engineering teams with documents and requirement work, as well as testing

Further understanding of Systems Engineering, development of personal and professional skills including technical knowledge, organisational awareness, professionalism and the ability to apply academic learning
Responsibilities
Way more responsibility than I expected! I was able to lead elements of projects and meetings and be sent around the world representing the company
Support & Guidance
As much support and guidance as I needed from management, an Early Careers department and from my colleagues
Culture
Great company culture of doing the right thing and never rushing an outcome as safety is paramount
