Overview
I sit with the S&T team and and spent considerable amount of time to shadow people from different desks. I also helped to prepare weekly news update and Involved in a few data-related products that the team needs help with.

Responsibilities
Yes, my team was super encouraging. I tried to take more responsibility and they happily helped me with it. They were also very appreciative of my work.
Support & Guidance
Everybody was willing to spare their time for me and offered help whenever I needed it.
Culture
Extremely flat. I even thought my director was an associate previously. Friendly and cooperative as well.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it more more than I expected. The long hour was totally not a concern and I really like my team.
