    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Initially spent some time getting to know systems and processes. Then given a project involving some data analysis - looking to identify any areas where we could increase the customer conversion rate. Next, spent some time creating a presentation of the findings and presented them to stakeholders. Day to day varies depending on current needs of the team.

  • Yes - I immediately felt like I was a valued member of the team. I was also asked to present my findings to executive level stakeholders and actions were taken off the back of them.
