Overview
Learning about the work of the practice area, completing the weekly task, networking, attending practice overview talks, completing work given by the practice area and generally learning about what life and the work at Linklaters is like.
Skills
Something that I think this has hugely improved this Vacation Scheme is my commercial thinking. I have also improved on my technical skills as well as communicative skills through networking.
Business Insight
Gaining an insight into all the practice areas allowed a more holistic view of the law firm and gave me interesting insights into areas I had not considered before.
Culture
The culture at Linklaters is not only open and friendly, but is also smart and hardworking, which is an environment that I believe everyone can thrive in.

The insight at this firm and within each practice area is incredible - the Knowledge & Learning is endless and ranges from super technical to easily digestible for our level which was hugely useful
