  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I thoroughly enjoyment my placement: the varied work meant that I was always busy and being involved with interesting projects and the responsibility I was given, meant I was able to develop as an individual and work on tasks that I felt would benefit me. The opportunity to attend various events with the team, also allowed me to get to know everyone better, which further meant I was able to feel involved and able to approach anyone with any questions I might through my time.

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Volvo Group UK
  • I would say make sure to do your research before you apply. A common mistake is not knowing the industry Volvo Penta works in and that really shows if you interview. I would also say make sure to ask lots of questions through the whole process so that you fully understand the role you are applying for as well as the company.
