Overview
There was an induction in London for the first four days which was good. This was mostly hearing from speakers and a few interactive sessions. In Dublin there were two 1 week long placements in different practice areas. You're given weekly objectives for what to complete at the start of each week.
Skills
I think communication and networking skills developed because there was a lot of that in London. There was also some in Dublin.
Business Insight
Received a real insight into lots of different practice areas due to all of the talks.
Culture
Very busy but friendly company atmosphere. Lots of emphasis on different diversity groups but most important thing is people were just nice.
Your Impressions
Was better than expected.
Yes
In the assessment centre having a business focus when linking everything together seemed to work for me. Being friendly is important because they want people who will fit in. Also just having a good attitude and wanting to volunteer or put yourself forward for things.
