Overview
I was able to participate in a variety of activities in the first week of the internship, which was virtual. This allowed me to meet other CMS Academy participants across the UK and participate in tasks to build teamwork, problem solving and communication skills. There were also a range of talks and Q and A sessions to gain a more comprehensive understanding of CMS and their unique culture.
Skills
I learnt about the importance of working collaboratively with others, as well as the benefits of clear and concise communication.
Business Insight
It was an extremely informative and insightful experience.
Culture
The people I met at the firm were friendly and approachable, which helped to put me at ease.
