Overview
The tasks changed from day to day, but varied between seminars from the firm, networking, group tasks, a group presentation, discussing pre-planned ideas, a simulation exercise and client panels.
Skills
I have learnt how to speak to clients and present. I have developed my teamwork, organisation, ability to review and give feedback to another individual.
Business Insight
We got to meet a range of different people around the firm and across offices, including fee earners, solicitor apprentices and even receptionists etc. We got a good understanding of what different roles do around the firm during the 'Meet the Firm' session.

Very supportive and focused on you enjoying your work!
Your Impressions
I greatly enjoyed it. I was previously nervous for certain sessions e.g. the simulation task and presentation, but the faculty team really strives to ensure that your tasks are learning-focused and don't feel overly assessed.

Consider how CMS fits into your skills and interests and how you will benefit the firm. Also, the firm really looks for people who are able to work well in teams.
