Overview
The week was varied, but generally we would listen to speakers who were presenting on certain topics. We were kept engaged with breakout discussions and we were encouraged to ask plenty of questions. We had groups tasks to complete that ensured we worked collaboratively, for instance, working in a project management simulation, creating and delivering a presentation relating to innovation.
Skills
The skills I have developed are: team work skills, presenting and listening to and understanding new information.
Business Insight
The presenters were very comprehensive in discussing the various roles relating to the business.
Culture
The culture of the firm was clearly a key selling point.
