Overview
We were involved in a lot of networking with each other and employees of the firm. We also had talks from external and internal people. The days were also split up with group tasks, reflection and presenting ideas.
Skills
Public speaking.
Business Insight
We received external and internal talks, as well as useful Q & A sessions, to give us an insight about the business. Each person was very honest and gave us professional and personal tips to help us with the rest of the process.
Culture
A really exciting place to work. Interesting work, a lot of social events, sports activities, charities and initiatives and good support throughout.

It was good to learn and get involved in new activities and tasks to help develop skills and get a good feel for the firm.
