Overview
3 days of shadowing current employees in your chosen line of work. Getting to understand what a day in the life of a consultant entails - preparing for meetings, reporting, attending meetings. Alongside this, there were sessions regarding topics such as mental health, and social media/creating a personal brand.

Business Insight
It was very clear and easy to understand that the business has a clear career path, and is structured based on line of work, area specialisation and skill.
Culture
Overall, PwC seem to have a really great company culture that fosters growth. All the employees care about each other - wellbeing, inclusion and diversity are a focus of the firm, and they are committed to make it something that occurs everyday. It also seems like there is a good work-life balance.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it to a great extent- even if it was virtual! I would definitely recommend it as it was very insightful, and it was nice to get to meet people that are where I would want to be in the future alongside like-minded individuals.
Yes
The application process can seem quite tedious for 3 days, but it is worth it if you are able to get it! Just think that it is good practice and experience regardless :)
