  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • The programme involved a range of activities including talks with partners, shadowing meetings and doing some training. It also involved a lot of groupwork activities and getting to speak to your assigned 'buddy' for the three days.

  • Ability to do initial research on a company for an audit and present my findings appropriately. More about life at PwC and an insight into their values and what they are doing in terms of ESGs and D&I.

    Business Insight

  • 3. What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
  • Really interesting and useful. The programme allowed me to research further into the roles and training available to me if I were to join the firm after graduation. It also helped me to understand if the culture and the people in the organisation fit my own values.

  • Extremely positive, welcoming and friendly. Everyone who I spoke to was approachable and informative, keen to share any advice or answer any questions.

  • The application process is long but if you put the work in, prepare well, do thorough research on the company and be yourself it is a highly rewarding experience. Even the application process in itself is rewarding as you gain a lot of experience and feedback from going through each stage.
