  • Yes, given full ownership of projects, including event organisation, to complete from end-to-end with support from team members when needed. Integral and trusted team member to add value to the business. I am always kept busy with meaningful things to do.

  • Onboarding from my team to learn on the job (no previous intern in my team for a handover). Continual support from my team with regular meetings for updates and guidance. Training courses on Degreed and LinkedIn Learning available.

  • Company culture is very fast paced, supportive and collaborative across teams and functions. Agile and adaptive ways of working aligned to innovations. People are always willing to help and good place to expand your network.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • Really enjoyed my placement! It was a first hand immersive experience into the FMCG industry and my first proper job. I learnt so much on the job from being in a dynamic working environment, about business from the projects I was involved with and the opportunity to meet so many great people. It was invaluable for my future job prospects.
