  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • The level of responsibility exceeded my most ambitious expectations. After 3 months of placement I was trusted to lead a whole project with a 3rd Party vendor and by the end I became a Product Owner of Perosnalisation and Optimisation, managing relationships with Adobe team and all activity related to the area in Unilever

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • Every Industrial Placement student is allocated to a Line Manager that provides day to day support in absolutely everything. I also worked with other Managers in the company that provide onboarding and support, however as you mature through the programme you have to rely more on the network you have developed and the internal and external training resources available, you become and independent employee that has to solve issues at hand individually. Employees are very friendly and will never refuse if you ask for help
