Overview
1. Business development calls to clients 2. Candidate calls (sourcing for rolls) 3. Preparing an Hays CV for Candidates 4. Interviewing candidates 5. Meeting with client to either register or discuss future jobs 6. Confirming and booking interviews between clients and candidates

Mainly develop my communication skills- both written and oral Time management Marketing Skills Relationship building Multi tasking IT skills
Responsibilities
Yes I was, firstly I was given responsibility to code the system as engineering was a new specialism. Then I was responsible for handling both client and candidates.
Support & Guidance
Did receive lots of support from my team, manager and office colleagues.
Culture
The company culture and general atmosphere is very comfortable and involves everyone.
Your Impressions
My placement was a learning curve and a very enjoyable learning new things.
