  • I had never pictured myself in recruitment prior to this role but the skills I have learnt are invaluable. It has shown me how I work in a way that academics did not. • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Hays
  • It is a bit overwhelming at the beginning but after a month or two your confidence sky rockets and one the hybrid working comes in (post 12 weeks for 2 days a week) the work/life balance improves massively. You will be given a lot of work to accomplish but success is highly celebrated and the feeling of helping a candidate get their dream job is great.
