Administrative task, meeting your KPIs by getting in touch with clients and candidates

Yes, I have become a lot more confident. I have also massively improved skills such as communication and negotiation
Responsibilities
Yes, I have been given similar tasks as my colleagues who have been doing the job for longer than me but with all the training and their support I managed to pick it up quickly
Support & Guidance
Besides from the intense training program that was present throughout the whole year, I always had my manager as well as my colleagues willing to teach and help me whenever I needed something
Culture
I was in a relatively small office so everyone knew each other quite well therefore there was a very professional but relaxed atmosphere where everyone would help and encourage each other

I enjoyed it quite a lot and it gave me great transferrable skills for the future
