Overview
Managing Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders on innovation projects, helping with company initiatives and strategy
Skills
Absolutely! I learned lots about Agile, product innovation processes and teamwork. I also developed knowledge of the industries that RR operates in, which I hadn't ever worked in before.
Responsibilities
Yes, I had to learn on my feet and be very proactive.
Support & Guidance
My direct manager spent lots of time supporting my development, and the wider team were friendly and helpful when I had questions.

Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement, it was fully remote so probably different to how work is now! I wanted to move into a more tech-specific role, but this wasn't a reflection on my role at the time.
