Overview
Daily I work with communicating with the customers who are large international airlines, I ensure they are up to date with their inspections and I further plan future engine inspections for them. I then feed this back into large group meetings which I also have to organise.
Skills
I have developed my confidence a lot as I have to organise and present in front of large groups which I was not used to before joining. This has also helped my teamwork skills as I've had to pull together the meetings myself and get people to present in them as well.
Responsibilities
Yes I spoke directly with large international airlines, I also led presentations in front of the company vice president.
Support & Guidance
My managers were always there for me, I was also given a buddy.
Culture
I really enjoyed the culture, they had monthly all hands meeting where they would praise members of the team.
