  • As a renewals sales specialist, I was required to renew the contracts of the digital experience customers at Adobe.

  • The main skill I learnt was how to provide exceptional customer services as on many occasions, I shadowed the senior employees to get a understanding of how to answer each objection & problem that a customer may have while their contracted to Adobe.
