Overview
Client engagements including TUPE consultations and terms and conditions alignment. Helping with employee data collection.
Skills
100%! I have grown and developed so many skills both soft and hard. I have also grown so much professionally and personally, which I did not expect.
Responsibilities
Yes! I was given a lot of responsibility during my placement, however most tasks (especially when dealing with clients) was always approved by the project lead or/and my task manager. It is incredible how much responsibility I have had.
Support & Guidance
So much guidance has been provided. Not only on learning new skills but I have also been able to take part in CV enhancement sessions. I have had various mentors during my time at IBM, and they really do promote a learning culture.
Culture
Super super friendly! You can ask anyone a question and they will be more than happy to answer it for you! I was never belittled for being an intern, and have networked with global leaders and executives.
