Overview
Each day was varied. Amongst others, activities included a business exercise as well as meetings with employees of different departments. There was also a strong social element to the programme through the use of breakout rooms.
Skills
The programme was beneficial in developing my confidence due to interacting with others. It was also a great opportunity to showcase my business mindset and also develop this.
Business Insight
The programme was a great opportunity to learn more about CMS, especially the different areas they specialise in. They focused on ensuring that all our questions about potential roles were answered.
Culture
The atmosphere was inclusive and made me feel very welcome. It was friendly and comfortable for all participants.
