Overview
- A two day course focusing on the ways in which we can reduce inequality within education in the UK - I was able to take part in debates, come up with solutions to educational problems, and teach a mini lesson. These activities took place across the two days.
Skills
I was able to majorly develop my communication and problem solving skills. There was also time to self-evaluate.
Business Insight
There were lots of qualified teachers on hand to talk to about future careers, so it was great to have that insight.
Culture
The general atmosphere was really positive.
