Overview
Several sessions over two days. Included a debate, an opportunity to practice teaching a mini-lesson and get feedback and a question and answer session with Teach First ambassadors.
Skills
There are many opportunities for reflection which will help you develop your self-evaluation skills. It’s also highly interactive, so you can improve in your ability to present your ideas.
Business Insight
They give ample opportunities to ask questions about what working with Teach First would look like. From recruitment personnel to past ambassadors, you get a well-rounded idea of what your future could look like.
Culture
Incredibly supportive and helpful. Everyone was really polite and friendly.

Really enjoyed, I thought it would be very long and tiring but they gave lots of breaks and had a mixture of high interaction and listening times.
Yes
Take advantage of the insights team, and when opening your application- accept the help they give you. If you go on the taster, try to interact as much as possible as then you can get feedback.
