  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and it was worthwhile.

  • The people are all so friendly and always willing to help you.

  • The organising team did really well in structuring the days and you could approach them if you needed something.

  • There were always things to do with breaks.

  • Some responsibility, the work shadowing was the best part.

  • I've gained a lot of analytical skills and teamwork which I can use.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • It was very friendly but remained very corporate.

  • All the timings were set so you knew what you were going to do. They had all the materials and equipment for everyone as well.

  • I hope to work with the FSA in the future and I hope they like me enough too!

  • Subsidised Canteen

  • Very appealing because the firm is transitioning into a different structure in exciting times.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Everybody is so friendly and making friends with everyone happens instantly so by the end of it you're a close knit group and you know everyone, I hope to keep in touch with everyone.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • It's London, so it was quite expensive.

  • The club we went to was the Walkabout and I didn't like it.

  • I think there's a few but you need to be proactive and keep looking.
