About You
It was a really enjoyable experience! I enjoyed learning about ways to develop further and getting a more in depth understanding of their mission and the importance of it.
There was a large number of us so it was hard to feel completely noticed constantly, but having a large number was great for hearing about different opinions and getting to know other people following a similar path.
There was constant guidance and opportunities to ask questions
This opportunity has helped me decide what I want to do after university. I’m now sure that this is the right path for me.
The Company
This was well structured and followed a very well formatted structure.
It was very friendly and welcome environment.
There was personal development session on each of the days of the virtual experience. However, it did feel like a very competitive market and that we were competing.
This us definitely the sort of company I’d love to work with, especially with their mission.
It would’ve been great to hear a little more of mission that Teach First have, but it was a great experience.
It has helped me be certain of what I want to do in the next couple of years.
Everything Else
It was a completely free and welcome experience.
There was an opportunities fair that we were able to take part in.
There was a great Christmas drinks and quiz after the first day.
Once on the program there is many activities to get involved with, but until you’re on the program there is only webinars from ambassador every so often.
It was a great experience, whether or not you want to become a teacher or not.
