The Role
Difficult work, 80+ hours a week. Little time off for recreation. Very rewarding at the end of the day.
Great team members, always supporting and helping out.
Daily support from the management team. Little one-on-one time though which hindered progress.
Up at 6am, work till 10pm. No breaks, Sundays offered some time off.
Ran the show, handled all money and the running of my business.
Brilliant sales experience and confidence building.
The Company
Made the best of cold calling by making it entertaining.
I was fairly successful at the job; which no doubt increased their investment in me. In general the training and development is decent.
