About You
I really enjoyed the insight programme and was able to develop my skills throughout the process. I would recommend that others try the programme as well. A variety of events took place throughout the first week of the insight programme allowing development of key skills and a greater understanding of outside companies.
I really enjoyed the insight programme and was able to develop my skills throughout the process. I would recommend that others try the programme as well. However, I do feel that I was not able to make much of an impact throughout only 2 weeks working with the Teach First charity.
I received a lot of guidance from my amazing university recruiter. She was very helpful advising me throughout the process. All of the people who I found working on the programme were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. I definitely feel I received support throughout the first week of the insight programme.

The Company
A variety of great events took place throughout the first week of the Teach First insight programme allowing development of key skills and a greater understanding of outside companies. These included some companies that I was surprised were involved with Teach First and donated money to the charity, such as shell.
I really enjoyed the insight programme and was able to develop my skills throughout the process. I would recommend that others try the programme as well. A variety of people took part in the programme and I was able to meet several people like me who want to become teachers.

Some of the events I do feel sugar-coated being a teacher.
