The Role
I really enjouyed my internship. I had to manage teams, works and responsabilities. They trusted me from the beginning to the end.
When I finished a task, they told me when I did well. Then, I the end they congratulated me for the job I did.
She gave me help and support when she saw that I had difficulties or when I had too much stress.
I had to supervise teams so my days were full of tasks. Before the guys coming and after. So they were full days.
I had the responsabilities to succeed of my teams for the tasks they had. So I had quite a lot responsabilities. But we have to notice that it's the part of the job I want to do.
I am in school to prepare an Engineer of Civil Works and Railway. So the skills I developed were exactly what I was looking to learn. I learnt where were my personnal difficulties and now I know what to work to be better.
The Company
I was with a very good staff team. So, they were kind, attentive and very helpful, not just with me but with everyone.
First, the internship is organised by me French shcool. Then, my placement in the project was planned by the HR service. Finally, my missions were defined by my Line Manager.
They invested a lot, in term of time, skills and money. When I had diffilculties they gave me time to help me or to explain what was wrong. To do my job properly, they gave me stuffs like computer and mobile phone.

I think that I can Apply for a position and, if I have my degree, get the job.
The Culture
Yes, we worked as team and had after works time all together. Students or trainees were not separated from the staff, so it was very pleasant.
I was in Colchester, so the cost of living there was not so much. But I French, and the difference with France is huge. France countryside is cheapest than the English countryside. For the socialising areas, the cost was correct.
Except few pubs or nightclubs, Colchester is not a Nightlife city.
I think yes, but I didn't take time for that.
