  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Very helpful team. This 9 week internship was perfect to have a full insight of what IB can be.

  • The team was very nice and would provide constant feedback on your performance. I would know straight away whether or not I was doing a good job.

  • The staff was always very helpful, regarding any issue or question I had.

  • Very busy. Full days. I maybe wondered for 2 hours what to do during the whole internship.

  • You get as much as you ask for. This was the beauty of the internship

  • Very good to apply corporate finance and strategy theory learnt in class.

  • Very chill. I never felt stressed or too much pressure. People were always ready to help.

  • Everything was always c’lèse and well explained. I never was in doubt, good job.

  • Didn’t attend the training, but just the oral presentation workshop was very good and you could tell that the company is willing to invest in its employees

  • There’s always a question about the health of the financial situation of the bank. But the senior employees did a good job at reassuring us for the future.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Nice events and even made friends for weekend activities. Integration is easy

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Shoreditch Good social with bars and restaurants Cost of living high, but we know it always is in London.

  • One of the best in London. Very convenient.

  • Not much time too do so.
