  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • There was a lot of trust put in me from the start, lots of intense work and it was rare that I was ever left feeling as though I had nothing to do.

    • I did not feel like I was treated like an intern while working or socialising.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • My line manager was fantastic - giving lots of advice and supporting me throughout the process. Almost everyone you meet is willing to take time out of their day to help you.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I think working with data and powerpoints will help me with dealing with the information I will receive during my masters degree. However, use of other skills was limited due to the nature of the project and the work assigned.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The project was well structured, however, it would have been nicer to have more check-ins with HR.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?

    • Brilliant - no feelings of hierarchy. Consultants and MDs alike are happy to spend time with you and value your opinion which is something rare for such a large company. Fantastic people.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Good training overall, however the excel training could have been spread over 2 days as it felt very rushed and was hard to recall.

    • There was a good insight into the type of work we may receive as analysts and the workload.
