  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Learnt lots of valuable skills to take with me to the future, but hard work. I have a better work ethic though

    • Feel valued, and many opportunities to get rewards for doing well. Sometimes amount of hours done dont seem appreciated by management.

    • I had changing managers all the time, but they help guide you through training file as much as they could. Sometimes obnnly had assistants so not as ofteb.

    • Always got along with all the staff members. Very friendly!!

    • Personal development- skills test& grill- give you ways to develop in the company- again I didnt have a main branch manager a lot though to guide through this

    • Training sessions- Loved being with the other interns from other branches, but dont work with them day to day
