The Role
- Much more responsibility than expected - Fantastic team to work with - Manager constantly looking to develop my skills
- All very helpful when you're new - Understanding that you are new to the job
- Great support, manager always in your corner - Constantly looking to develop you, keeping you to strict deadlines - Consistent 1 to 1 meetings to check in
- Enough work to make the day fly by and test yourself - Not too much work that you felt like you are drowning
- More than I could have imagined - Both challenging and rewarding - Always received credit when due
- The work ethic gained from this placement is invaluable - I could not imagine entering my third year of uni without experiencing this placement
The Company
- Quite quiet, could do with more fun on a day to day basis
- Well organised, this might have been due to my manager
- Quarterly 'Supercharge' sessions to improve foundation skills i.e. presenting - Brilliant Intern/Grad days for networking inc. black tie dinners

The Culture
- Interns got along very well, often planned activities for both weeknights & weekends
- Reading is quite expensive - when travelling into London even more so. - Nights out are expensive (£50 minimun)
- Fast train into London, great night life
