  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was not given a lot of responsibility due to the lack of experience and knowledge about my role. However gradually throughout the year I was given more responsibility including procuring packages etc.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • My placement year has really helped me expand my knowledge on how the construction industry works and I believe I will always look back on this experience as a good learning opportunity. From university to working is such a big change and difference in daily activities. I feel I will now be more confident when exposing myself in the industry in the future.
