About You
I really enjoyed the Insight Programme, particularly the second week.
I felt valued during both weeks but particularly the second week. The school was incredible welcoming and invested a lot of time and effort in us.
There was a lot of support throughout the application process and the experience.
I felt I learnt invaluable skills and was thrown into an environment that I'd never experienced before and therefore learnt a huge amount.
The Company
I thought that programme was well structured.
Applicants, ambassadors and the programme leaders were all really welcoming and lovely.
A lot of time and resources were invested into us.
It would have been nice for us to have been able to have a chat with ambassadors that weren't open to the whole room, for example if there was one ambassador on each table.
I felt the message and culture of Teach First was really passed onto us.
Everything Else
I felt the pay was generous.
I enjoyed hearing lots of the ambassadors speak.
I might have found more one-to-one conversations might have been beneficial.
At the school we learnt a lot about the extra-curricular work teachers could be involved with.
I would recommend the programme to a friend.
