About You
It was very structured and insightful. It helped me a lot in terms of understanding the real day to day life of a investment banker.
The employees and managers are very friendly and patient with any of our questions. Although we were only spring intern, they were really happy to help us with any questions.
We received support from HR team, some analysts, associates, and even some manager directors. Especially during work shadowing, they were willing to take time to explain things to us.
I can understand more about what kind of skills are required in investment banks, for example Excel skills, etc.
The Company
The program was very structured. We received detailed instructions upon arrival.
They are extremely friendly and helpful.
Many employees spent 1 or 2 days on working shadowing with us. They took time talking with us and answering questions.
Employees were happy to answer any questions we have about the day to day as a full time employee and the work content, as well as the skills needed.
I can see that Deutsche Bank is a very friendly bank. Employees are not aggressive but supportive to each other.
