Citi provided a fantastic insight into their company and culture by enabling students to spend a considerable amount of time working with teams on real tasks during the week. This was well supplemented by informational talks and workshops.

I was treated with the same level of mutual respect as a full time analyst.

There was a "Buddy" assigned to each student who was the first point of contact, everybody on the assigned team was happy to help given that they had time.

Well structured generally, some information sessions could have been restructured but feedback was taken on well by HR.
