  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • The company puts you on real work, that has been already started by senior engineers, your job is to improve upon their work. They are happy to have someone help on their projects, and this is shown by the level of passion they express when interacting with you.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • weekly casual meetings with an expert on the project you are doing, where you can discuss problems and how to further improve the project.
