The Role
I really enjoyed my 8 weeks at WTW - would highly recommend.
I was immediately integrated into my team and felt like I was contributing value to the team which was great.
I worked in a small team so I appreciate it can be difficult to find 1 to 1 time with an intern, however my manager was great and helped me with any problems I had with work, giving me guidance with new tasks.
Very busy - We had to complete an intern project in addition to normal day to day tasks which took up lots of time. There was always work to help with, being proactive definitely helps.
